"I am writing this letter to
compliment Nichole on her fabulous service! Ryan and I are getting married
September 20th of 2008 and we have not yet had our wedding cake
completed, however I am compelled to write this letter because I think it’s
important not to let fabulous service go unrecognized. Nichole started
working with us fairly early on in the cake choosing process. We had heard
of Yummy’s but were hesitant to drive so far to taste cakes and then pay a
delivery fee for Cedar Rapids delivery. After trying a couple of Cedar
Rapids bakery shops, we decided to try Yummy’s. I am so thrilled that I
did!
Nichole is extremely attentive and truly cares about our wedding day! I can
tell she puts her heart into her work. We are having a fall theme wedding
and wanted leaves on the cake. Nichole took the time to sit down with us
and review our options, pricing, gave us samples of what we wanted to try
and followed up each of my correspondences quickly and thoroughly! I have
contacted Nichole often with questions, ideas, input, and she even offered
me her personal email address to send her photo’s of cakes, leaves, etc.
Please recognize Nichole and the wonderful level of service she has provided
us, as she deserves more than just my words of appreciation! We paid our
deposit and decided to go with Yummy’s MAINLY because of Nichole’s
attentiveness, but also because the cakes are divine!
Thank you Nichole for helping my wedding planning process to be less
stressful and more exciting!
